Join the Arts Council on this exciting journey of creative learning as we explore the topic “Building an Arts Organization that Lasts,” led by Strathmore Executive Director, Eliot Pfanstiehl. Eliot will highlight the need for organizations to build a reputation as a well run arts organization, a responsible Board governance structure that ensures quality leadership, financial transparency that encourages private, corporate and public donors, and the right balance of margin/mission to survive in tough times.
